Can anyone make a simple program for the Clie'?

Can anyone make a simple app to make Datebook/Address emulate left/right of a Tungsten T 5-way navigator, and to make Jogback and Jogpush on a Clie emulate Datebook/Address respectively? Thanks for reading!
