Try to a hard reset. Backup before, because it erases everything, but this might do the trick.

How do you do a hard reset? Hold down the reset button while holding the power button. After the Palm OS screen shows up, release the reset button, and press up.

tried that,why is it rejecting the movies

if you tried that (and didnt restore from the backup), then I dont know what is wrong.
