I just picked this up on eBay a couple of weeks ago and it is in pretty good physical condition. Screen is perfect and there's a few blemishes on the casing. It comes with the charger/cradle, software, box, and I don't have the original sync cable but I'll throw in my retractable cable.
The one issue with it is the memory stick slot. As of yesterday, it will no longer hold the stick. It's still springy, but won't latch. I need my Clie to hold a bunch of work docs, A/V files, etc. so it's not much good for me now.
