I purchased Palmhandzipper from Palmgear on Apr 21. The email that was sent to Handwatch for the unlock code contained the wrong serial number. I did not catch it until I received the email with the unlock code and it did not register my software. I replied to the email stating the problem, sent them the correct serial number, and requested that they send the correct unlock code. I even went to their website(www.handwatch.com) and requested the correct code from there. I was going to use the software to unzip Mapopolis maps for the trip over the weekend. So Thursday afternoon, I sent them another email begging them to send me the unlock code before the weekend.

It is now Monday, Apr 28. I have not received a single reply from them since that first email.

I am furious that I have bought a software that is useless to me without the unlock code. I am furious that I have not received a single email response from them since I have requested a new code.

Anyone else have similar bad experience with this company? Did you get your problem resovled? And how did you get your problem resolved?

Get a refund and go get lightnzip. Lightnzip is a recent app unlike handzipper, plus if you look at the site you will notice that it hasn't been updated. (I don't think they are in bussness any more.
