I have found the best way to mount the CF with OSX. Apple are selling a Lacie universal media drive for around $30 on their store. This baby can read and write CF, SmartMedia, memorystick, SD Memory, Multimediacard and best of all it's USB powered and tiny. Well cool!
Of course you could sack off getting a CF card and get the brand new 40Gig iPOD with DVD playback and bluetooth built in ;)
