Version 1.1.36 of Netfront is available for download in japanese only. What's the latest english version of Netfront available? Is it that of the TG? Does it work on the NX? Can it be found somewhere?

hmm, downloading that file caused my NX70v to do a hard reset.

Does anyone know if this needs to get installed via HotSync or some other way?

I tried copying it over from my memory stick, but it will not install because the older version is copy protected.

Any help would be appreciated.

HotSync worked for me. I had mine installed via PowerRun so I just moved it back to RAM, used LauncherX to delete it and all databases, hotsync'd the new one, ran it, setup preferences etc, then used PowerRun to put it back onto flash, no probs.

Now...... would it be legal to update our NX version of Netfront with the 1.136 that comes with the TG50? Has anybody done that? Is it available somewhere to download?

Well, we're all official Clie owners, I (personally) feels that upgrading/exchanging pre-installed Sony appz (disregarding different models) isn't that big of an issue. We did pay good money for the Clie, shouldn't we get what we paid for? & since it's compatible with different series.
