I am looking for a decent Icon Editor that runs on Win XP to create & modify icons for use in my Palm applications. I'm sure there is something better than Paintbrush, but there seems to be nothing I can find that is free (some claim to be free, eg. Jr Icon Editor, but they're actually trialware).
I'm not really interested in a Palm based application either.
Thanks.

Best icon editor I've ever used, and really FREE, IcoFX.

Forgive my newbieness in this case, and I haven't done any research, but, in simple terms, how does one get the icons out of a Palm icon file for editing, and then back in, either after editing or after creating a new one.

PFCD my everlasting recomendation =)
you can open any palm pdb file and extract the image sources, modify them, and compile it back again.

Thanks Church Punk. I actually have PFCD installed.
I also actually read the IconMgr documentation after I posted, which is what I usually recommend other people do :o so I see that it can import bmp files from the card. Now if I only had some artistic talent
Thanks again
