I just moved to a new PC, with the Vista Business OS. After installing the latest Palm Desktop, I was able hotsync my TX via USB cable.
But now, when I try the sync I get a "Yellow Triangle" message: "Create a new account on this PC?"
Regardless what I answer, the hotsync terminates, and I seem to temporarily loose my Palm username on the PC (I can't view the hotsync log; can't set up a "custom" sync). The username is restored after a reboot.
I have no idea what I have changed, unless it was an attempt to set up a WiFi hotsync (which, BTW, generates the same error message).
I've tried a soft reset on the Palm.
Any ideas?
