hi,

hope u guys can help

just this afternoon i suddenly dropped my clie from my desk and now its all broken, maybe not completely broken, but the lcd looks pretty bad, rainbow colors are all around and there's like a leak, and my problem is now, how can i retrieve the data inside my th 55, good thing i have a backup, but its all in prc and pdb format, how can i able to view them, i need my datas from memopad really really bad, can anyone pls tell how... is there a way in windows to view them.. thanks....

not sure but Palm Desktop should. I'm not sure if the sync process uncompress the data from pdb files, try to copy them into the user folder.

I think your machine still in working order ^^!
plug in the cradle and sync, then on the Palm desktop .......

all i see in the folder is .bak files, i don't it think it can uncompress...btw what i mean by backup is by sony clie backup, havnt hotsync my files for a long time...

...how can i sync, for i can't see the buttons am pressing...is there any other way

Yes, if you have a cradle or there are hotsync/charger cable with hotsync button on the cable. Any T-series cradles (T-415, T615, T665, even NR and NX) would work with TH55.

And,

If you want to get rid of the parts after, please let me know. Either my charging circuit, or my motherboard went, so I need to get replacements.
