I'm aware that Handmark includes a Sdict as part of their Scrabble game, but.....

1) the dictionary isn't complete
-can't do words over 8+ letters
-may be missing plural words
-not to mention other words that are clearly valid
2) don't want the extra bloat in load time and footnote in the game itself when I play the physical board game more often

Any apps or alternatives? I hear a college dictionary MAY work, but perhaps a seasoned Scrabble player could chime in on this idea.

WELCOME TO 1SRC signup :)

Someone on another board replied Wordz (freeware) can be used as a makeshift Scrabble Dictionary. It isn't complete, nor does it accept those "oddball" words.

I realized that the cafe i play at has unrestricted wifi access, so even better, I can bring in my T|X (2ndary PDA) and just look up challenges directly on Hasbro's Scrabble dictionary online.
