on editing iSilo documents

Does anyone know if this is posible?
I have a rather large document (2.8 mb) which takes forever to open on certain pages mainly because these are really big. If I could insert some bookmarks or change the original layout of the document this could be avoided I think.
Unfortunately I DON'T have the source doc, just the pdb file, so iSiloX won't be much help here, and iSilo for Windows is just a doc reader as well...

Any thoughts?

With iSilo for Windows what you can do is extract the iSilo document to .txt. For that, go to Save AS and select Text File as output.
