Overstock.com has a closeout of the SiPix A6 printer:

The big question: apparantly the printer driver that comes with the printer -- IrPrint (http://www.iscomplete.org/Store/IrPrint.asp) -- does NOT work with OS 5. What about PalmPrint (http://www.stevenscreek.com/palm/palmprint.shtml) or PrintBoy (http://www.bachmannsoftware.com/pbpremdetail.htm). Apparantly PalmPrint does work with OS5 and the SiPix, but I can't tell if any worthwhile software apps (Wordsmith, Repligo, QuickOffice) actually work with PalmPrint.
This is all very confusing. It looks like the printer is not a total piece of junk if you use Wordsmith and InStep Print (http://www.instepgroup.com/default.htm?product/palmos.htm), but I can't really tell if the Clie will talk to the SiPix.
If anyone has tried to print with their Palm using the SiPix or any of these print drivers, please reply and let us know your experiences and suggestions. The SiPix seems to be a great little printer. Does it work with OS5 though???
