It's too bad the video didn't have anything *new* in it... :) Funny how when the Sony person said that it cost $800, the interviewer said "ooo... that's a lot" which the Sony person responded with "but it's got a built in keyboard!"

I sure hope nobody at Sony is trying to justify the cost of the unit with the keyboard (that as we all know is old news given the NR and NX models).

I don't know. Cool video, but again it serves to emphasize the size factor of this PDA. Don't get me wrong, I joke allot about it, but I do think this device is very innovative. But, when more people who are on the fence about upgrading get it in their hands to play, I wonder how many will be willing to accept this extra size. This is clearly geared at the American market. I doubt that Japan would support it with their desire for smaller tech devices.

Still, all in all, very cool video.

i must agree with cjones....that excuse for "now it has an integraed keyboard" was pretty lame

Most probably, that Sony person who demoed the NZ is a new employee and had never seen the an NR or NX model.

Jeez, he could have said "..but now with 2 megapixel camera, AV ouput and built-inbluetooth!, <pause> ... oh and by the way is the BIGGEST among the PDAs in the market, see?."

Um, the guy spent the whole time talking about the camera and all of the other features -- I don't think he brought up the keyboard right then as any sort of justification of the price.

Good golly, some of you people.

OK I finally got the video to show on my system

One thing, that is one dirty screen!, Christ there were fingerprints and smudges all over that screen.....why at one point the Sony guy uses his finger to call up info!

NO SHAME!!!
