Desktop 4.1 upgrade

Anyone else having trouble starting up Desktop? I get a message that "Server is Busy" and I should click "Switch To" to activate the busy program. After ten or so clicks on "Switch To," it finally works. What a pain!

Which upgrade? There was one put out by Sony and another put out by Palm. I have the Palm version installed over Sony's v4.01 and I have no issues with it. I did this awhile back. The Sony version 4.1 requires an uninstall first, before installing the newer version.

The only solution I can offer is to make a backup copy of your hotsync folder and reinstall the desktop.
