I have a Netgear CF 802.11b and a Targus CF modem, My NX70V is in the mail, would these things work with the NX70 ?
I'll buy the CF driver as soon as I receive my toy.
Thank You.

The CF driver is only for CF storage devices, nothing else ... a bit like how a video driver for a PC won't run a sound card or a network card. Unfortunately no-one has come up with a driver that'll support a wifi card that isnt' Sony's ... yet ...

Actually that is not quite true, most Intel based Wifi cards will work with the driver that comes with Sony's Wifi CF card. But, that being said there is no significant benefit to using a different Intel based card. You would still have to acquire Sony's driver.

If you got one of the others to work, you would be the first, many have tried. Sony only knows the Sony card. The WL100 card is the only one that works. Soon though there will be a WL110.
There is a CF Modem driver and there is CF Flash Memory card driver. In Japan there maybe some additional drivers for an air card.
