Yesterday they released the "handheld edition"  version 2.603 - no PC conduit

I'm a bit disappointed that Dataviz has done so little with ThinkDB (SLTG) since they acquired it from Thinkingbytes - quite awhile ago now.  Still no HR+ support.  MS support is bad - at best, etc., etc.  Is there a reason to keep waiting for a real upgrade or are there other DB apps out there now that surpass this one?

I wonder if the ZLauncher guys could help them out a little  :D

I agree. I want to see HR+, Card support, indegration into the Docs to Go UI so they are all together... Don't know why nothing has been done.

Ooo, I would rather they NOT integrate it with DTG. I have made individual smartlists launchable; it's a real timesaver since I'm in and out of 3 or so different ones each day.

I've never been able to make individual DTG files launchable. I suspect it has something to do with the DTG files being under the umbrella program as well as the individual Word or spreadsheet programs.

But I would like to see small fonts and the DTG expansion card capabilities added to Smartlist.

Yeah they are blowing this one like they blew BeyoundContacts. Both are half a$$ apps. I still use SL-to-go but considering going with something else.

Anyone know a way to download just the handheld component, since that is all that's changed. From the Dataviz web site, it looks like the only option is to download the whole 28mb package just to get the 500k that was changed. No fun on my dial-up connection. My version still crashes if I select to include a DB in global find.

PS: I love this app, but I also agree it is screaming for an update to hires+ and real VFS support.
