NR70V keeps hard reseting itself!!

My NR70V keeps hard reseting itself every few week. It is getting to be anoying. I have a 3 year service plan from best buy. Does anybody think I should take it back.

Yah, not very usable as is in my book - take it back it should not work like that.....but first I would try a hard reset and clean install (instead of just resyncing) - maybe you have a misbehaved app.

No I'm not running fastcpu. I took my NR70V back to best buy and they didn't do anything thing for me. The tech said he had to beable to see some kind of a defect to give me a new clie. I'm not happy with that tech. What do you buy the service plan for then? Can anyone tell me.
