Any sound control software for nz90?

I've had my nz for 20 days now and have nothing but good things to say about it except for the speaker......what the hell? I mean Sony really skimped on this feature....I know they want people to go out and buy their nz speakers but come on we shelled out pretty good dough for our machines and I think we deserve better than something out of the seventies.
That being said, does anyone out there know if there is any software control for the speakers (increase bass, lower trebble...)

I think the speaker sound of the NZ is acceptable considering the size of the speaker. Much better than the NR. And with the headphones it sounds great!
