Water damage to my 665

I had my 665 on the kitchen counter charging and some how water got into it.....now I cant get the lcd to turn on....all I have is the green power light tuned on..I cant even turn the unit off.....any one have any ideas? Or do I just use this an excuse to buy a new pda?

try putting it in the oven on a low temperature setting. I've never done this myself, but some people have said it's worked for them. But be careful, and it it blows up, don't blame me.

The backligkt might be fried, but the rest may still work after oven. If backlight gets fried, use it just for an mp3 player and get a new one :)
