Hi,
Treo 700w may have a problem with keyboard keys, some or all will not work one day.
Factory deffect.
To fix the problem You need special micro tools, microscope and hours of practice.
Check if You can get it fixed by warranty.
If You have this issue with the phone and warranty is over, I can fix it.
I fix hundreds of these phones a week.
