Any way to shut off SMS notification during call?

I general keep the ringer off for everything - the vibrate is enough. One problem though...

On a phone call - if I get an incoming SMS message, the vibrate goes off. This is extremely annoying on a call (loud too). Both sides can hear a very loud buzz.

How do I eliminate the the vibrate notification during a call? I don't want to turn it off - just during a call.

Any bright ideas?
