TG50 beginner any advises ?

I had just one model of TG50... may be if you can provide me some advises ...
Which soft, can I use to :
- Manage Mails (CliéMail ?...)
- Manage files (CléFile...or better ?)
- Funny thema..
- Freewares...

For the file section, is it possible to create sub-directories in the internal memory ?
