Freezing battery

After the battery has been freezed and removed, do I need to let it warm up for a while to remove any water condensation, OR do i plug in and charge right away.

Coz I have a laptop battery which would not last more than 20 mins despite being new using Lith-Ion.

It might be a good idea to let it warm up and dry. Water and electricity aren't very good friends.
How come your taking your battery out and freezing it?
