Some apps like Picsel and NetFront can only be run from the MS using PowerRun.

PowerRun copies the app and it's associated databases to RAM when you run an app of of your choice. When done, it'll update the db's and move it all back to the MS. Additionally some apps can now sync from the MS. The whole idea is being able to free up much more RAM than is otherwise possible.

Yes, PowerRun moves the apps for you and you move them back first before you delete them too. It also puts them in their respective folders making it a tad more organized than dumping everything into the Palm Launcher folder.
