Screen comparison

Does anyone know how the screen on the Dell Axim compares to that on the Sony NX70V ?

The only screens that even can remotely compare are the transreflective screens in some of the high end iPaqs. The "look" of the screen is very similar, color is rich but they are STILL 320X240, not 320X480
