clie viewer not working

I know there are images, because I take photos. But when I open clie viewer it says there is no data to be displayed. Although when i put a memory stick in that has nx video it shows that.

Any suggestions?

is the little camera icon greyed out ? if yes, this will display all EXCEPT images
