Nx70 Vs Ux50

I love the look of the UX50, I own an NX70 and wanted to know how it compares

Pro UX50
- Bluetooth
- Wireless
- Large keyboard
- Size
- Very good casing material
- More memory BUT VERY UNCONVENIENT because fragmented in small pools to comply with Palm OS 5 initial imitations

Cons UX50
- Very poor battery life
- Very small screen
- Landscape mode not so convenient with some softs
- Slow CPU really annoying for video playback and emulation
- No remote controler for multimedia
- Poor camera

Pro NX70
- Large screen
- Keyboard not so wonderfull but efficient if you get used to
- CF port for Wireless or memory card (with some drivers)
- Remote
- Powerfull CPU 200MHz easy to overclock to 280 / 300, perfect for video
- Quite good bettery life
- Very good casing material
- Very impressive aspect

Cons NX70
- Poor camera
- A little bit big
- No Wireless
- No bluetooth


Clearly, if you already own an NX70V, i am not sure the UX is interesting for you, maybe you should just purchase a replacement battery for your unit, because it should be quite old and overused now.

Or, if you want to change, a very very good improvement would be an NX80V, better keyboard (lightened), very good camera (1,3MP with light), good battery life, good screen, CF slot without limitation ...

thanx totololo! looks like the nx70 is a good model to stick with. I just ordered a 2gb memory stick pro duo so i'm gonna test out some full length movies once it gets here.
