Language Inputs

hey everyone. just got my new palmone :) it has proven to be useful, but i was wondering if there's a way to input a different language - i.e. Chinese and Japanese using the Graffiti function. i'm sure there must be an OS or program that will allow foreign language input and Graffiti recognition system...can anyone help me?

I have a PalmOne Zire 72s.
