Memory Stick - Where to Start

I just purchased a SJ33 and 128MB Memory Stick. Please point me to the best source for determining what to put onto the MS, how to perform the to import and export, how to organize files.

There's a CD in the box. Install the documentation that comes on that CD and have a look through it.
