MSPro update not working, any ideas?

Hi,

Ive installed the MSPro update but it doesn't work. The version numbers have not changed to the updated ones and I can't work out why. Anyone have any ideas? I did:

1. Soft Reset
2. HotSync the new patch
3. Tapped reset button

because i'm an idiot, I had to first remove the original update I tried a couple of weeks ago (which did not work). Everything looks good now!
