I can receive emails with attachments OK but when I cannot access the attachment itself (Word and Excel files). The manual mentions Tap Preview but I cannot see it anywhere. I can read Word and Excel documents via Documento to Go. Problem is attachments.

If I try to save to Memory stick I get Save Failed error but there is sufficient space on the stick.

Anyone else had similar problems?

Thanks

PS I have applied all the latest updates!

Have you named your MS? Docs2Go might get hung up on that (?)

I don't use Clie Mail anymore, so pardon me if I don't know all the answers. First, the attached docs, have they been already converted by Docs 2 Go?? Docs 2 Go does NOT read documents natively. The file format you are trying to save may not be compatible.

Go into Card Info and select the MS and give it a volume name, max 8 characters. Call it whatever you want, mine has an original name "card" without the quotes.

I actually doubt you can view the Word or Excel file extracted from CLIEMail..I have never been able to. I think CLIEMail only supports movies and image files.

No idea what the "tap preview" reference is

Preview in some email apps allows you to see a few lines of the email on part of your screen.

Yes, only certain file types can be download and saved through Clie Mail.

I use Eudora as my Email program...is there a way that I can synch it with Cliemail..It used to be easy when I had my Sony 615C but I just brought the Sony PEG NX70V and it doesn't seem to work.
