GUI design tools and Clie

Hello.
Does anybody use "Constructor for Palm OS" or "GUI Pirlc" for Sony Clie? I try to do it, but they are support only 160x160 screens.
Does it possible use this tools for Clies?

Short version: edit your resources in 160x160 mode, the operating system will handle stretching it to 320x320.
To do 320x480, you need more special case and more dynamic code.
