Battery life is not a huge issue for me, and even when I had my T3 I had it running at 520Mhz with warpSpeed. Thing is, I can't run warpSpeed with my newly CF-carded LifeDrive; it just keeps crashing when I enable it. PXA Clocker runs, but I'm just trying the Lite version and any changes causes headache-inducing Screen Whine of Doom™.

Anyone having issues overclocking, or for that matter, underclocking, a LifeFlash?

I am using PXAClocker and don't have any issues. As for acreen whine, it has never bothered me, ao either I am lucky to have a unit that does not exhibit that or my ears have become dulled ;P

haha too many MP3s...haha

What are your settings for PXAClocker, and does your screen go all wavy and stuff? Mine does if I touch any of the settings in PXAClocker.

Icecruncher: Thanks for the link. It's a nice little Prefs panel that simplifies over/underclocking, but isn't as flexible as PXAClocker.

Perhaps you are right...I can't live without music, especially when driving...sigh...but I do remember those whining screen thing back in my Newton days. How time flies.

I mainly overclock as I am not concerned about battery life and I normally overclock CPU Clock to 520MHz. I only boost Sys Speed to 260 (first box). The other readings are Bus-260, Mem-260, LCD-65. That's about the highest I'd want to go on an LD.

Great, I may as well keep those settings too for a little SNES action. :D

Icecruncher: Thanks! works great for me! I´m such an ignorant when it comes to this kind of settings. Level 16 works great for my LD and it is the step before I can hear that annoying screeching! Just out of curiosity, how do you uninstall?
