Zlauncher icons

OK, so I would like to change the icons that appear on the tabs of Zlauncher. Main, Utilities etc... I know how to do it, but I do not like the selection that is offered.

What and where can I do/get this. I searched but did not come up with any satisfactory answers. ZZtech has a bunch of skins but no icon sets. Do I need a 3rd party app and will they change the icons for tabs as well as the main screen icons?

The tab icons are part of the skin. If you hit the current tab, it will take to to the prefs for that tab and you can select an icon in there somewhere!

Well, as I stated, the tab icons are contained within the skin itself. Therefore, there arent any more unless you remake the skin with extra icons in it. If you want to skin the app icons in the launcher, then there are many free iconsets available on this site and elsewhere. Hope this is clear.

btw, using caps is taken as shouting, and if you shout, you wont get much help

Right now the only way is to modify them in the skin itself. Using HPSkinStudio or other skin editing software.

Your probably using the ZLauncher default skin. App->Theme Manager->Theme will show what you are using. Follow the link and pick a skin more to your taste:

No problem!! :)

Now, Zlauncher, is indeed, a skin (if yiou like) for the basic Palm GUI. But ZL itself can be skinned ie there are many different looks possible.

check this (http://www.1src.com/freeware/index.php?cid=85) out for an idea what is possible. Hate to say it also, but give the manual a good read! ZL is a powerful tool, pretty complex but nothing that a good hike thru the documentation wont sort out!

I'm finding new things out about it each day. I've been using it for more than a year and I have just recently been delving deeper into the many different things it does. Here is my setup as of right now, I was hoping to get different icons to display in the left hand side tabs. I already have a couple of different iconsets for the apps.
