modifying ROM and RAM

Modifying the RAM is as easy as installing an app. ROM? No, not possible.

or rom size frm 7mb to ..... higher value

Are we searching software for increasing ram size? Or changing the hole memory chip from ux50 to more big? Because it is possible to modifye ram technically but it requires high end skills, like Sony.
