Hello guys, first timer here. I am not sure exactly where to post this. I have a situation that I just cannot seem to figure out. Here is what I want to do.
I use a Sony Clie S360 and I am handing down my old Palm m125 to my wife. We use WindowsXP Pro as our OS, and each of us are set up with our own Windows user account, with admistrator priviledges for both.
We both use Outlook and would like to sync our handhelds with Outlook. The Clie came packaged with Intellisync Lite; in addition, we have PocketMirror. I tried installing Intellisync Lite in my Windows account and PocketMirror in my wifes account, but for some reason that didn't seem to work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, this time installing PocketMirror on my wife's account, then Intellisync Lite on my account. My wife could then sync the m125 to her Outlook, but I couldn't sync mine to anything.
If anyone out there could help I would really appreciate it. I think the problem lies in XP and how they programs might use similar files to hotsync or something. Please respond or email me at cwheeler@machlink.com if you have any ideas.

I'm assuming you're trying to synch both accounts to Outlook on XP.
If you don't mind synching your clie with PocketMirror, then just go into outlook and within the pocketmirror folder, add a yellow sticky note with the name of your account, and nothing else.
Your clie should be able to synch to outlook using pocketmirror after that.

I've set up XP and Outlook 2000 to sync with my T615, my wife's IIIxe and my son's (my old) IIIxe. I needed to install the Sony version of Palm desktop for the USB support and Pocketmirror for all three users. (I installed desktop to three separate folders to avoid conflicts.) The 2 xe's sync happily via serial, and I cruise on the USB port. I've seen postings of other workarounds, but this has worked for me.

Thanks for the reply. I tried uninstalling everything and starting over from scratch. Here's what I did. I installed the Clie Desktop for Sony on my XP account. I installed the Palm Desktop on my wife's XP account. I then went back to my account and installed PocketMirror to D:\Program Files\Chapura\Chris\PocketMirror, and went to my wife's account and installed PocketMirror to D:\Program Files\Chapura\Kate\PocketMirror. I looked at the respective PocketMirror settings and everything looked fine. When I synced, it worked fine. When I tried syncing my wife's, it faked like it was starting to work, but stopped and said there was a problem and not everything got transferred. Now I don't know what to do.

Double check that within your wife's outlook account, there is a yellow sticky note with the name of your wife's palm in the "pocketmirror" folder. That's what pocketmirror uses to synch to outlook.
If it's not there, then just create a new yellow sticky and type in the palm user id of your wife's palm.
Hope that works. I just struggled with something similar trying to install a tungsten c along with my current TG50 palm account on xp.

As a follow on to my previous post: In order to get all three handhelds to properly recognize Outlook, I had to switch my installation from Corporate / Workgroup mode to separate standalone installations. I remember finding an article discussing this somewhere on the net.
Hope this helps.
