Docs to Go and Compact Flash Problem

Every time I sync now I have sheet to go and word to go as well as the word to go fonts written back to my RAM. Any people experiencing this or have found solutions already?

Removing the CF and then hotsyncing seems a solution, though I do not want to do this all the time in the future.
