i need MAJOR clie help it froze!!!

Installed date book plus...while loading it the thing crashed....nothing on the screen memory stick light is on (i dont have any memory sticks) and the green light below the up down key is on. I cant even do a hard reset it it doesnt work. What do I do?

Something similiar happened to me on new year's eve, I solved it by letting the battery drain away and doing a hard reset after recharging it... hope it helps... BTW: brand new and frozen? not my knid of PDA... but after that... hell of pda...

Same here. The first time I let the battery run out. The second I took it apart and disconected the battery for a moment.

while holding power button i reset it.......nothing happens...i'll let the batteries run out overnight and report in the morning.

good morning everyone...i let it die out....this morning i charged it and it powered on...now i just deleted that damn datebook+ and everythin is fine. I hope this crap doesnt happen again while i'm away from home where i have to wait for it to die for several hours
