The only thing I find intersting about that is how uninformed a lot of Slashdotters are, but they still spout off anyway. A bunch of them don't know that you can get both Palm and Windows on a Treo, and a bunch of them still talk about the latest version of "Windows CE". It reminds me why I haven't surfed there in a long time, although it is still an interesting gauge of public (uneducated) opinions.

Slashdot is very much like Digg in my opinion. Sad but true. Still, you'd get an entertaining view of how people think in both sites. :)

Geeks still have a problem comunicating. Their post on global warming and computer hardware is useless because of their inability to write sentences that are understandable or non-juvenile. However I should talk, half of what I coment upon is useless too!

their comments about programming for palm being a pain are nonsense, half don't even know how it works, yet still bash it.

I saw it. I usually hate reading stuff about Palms and handhelds on Slashdots. Cause all the people who comment them right half-baked things about the topic.
