I want to be able to quickly synchronize a few files (datasets, programs, documents) totalling less than 10MB between desktop and my clie, so I can take home and synchronize them to my laptop and work on it. And then update the memorystick with the new laptop files etc.. so I can easily work on the same files both at home and at work.
Any such applications?

BackupBuddy will sync the memory stick contents automatically if tell it to do so. That's what I do. If you want to do it manually, you can use MS Import to copy stuff in between the PCs and the MS.

I have not used BackupBuddy before, does it "synchronize" any types of files between memorystick and windows?

I used this approach and the speed of copying files is atually pretty good. I am looking more into "automatic" solutions.
Thanks.

As far as I can tell. I don't think Palm OS cares what you put on the stick, only what you put into RAM. It syncs my bmps and jpgs with no problem.

I went to its home page to ckeck it out. Based on the screenshots I saw, there were only two options: Palm to Desktop, Desktop to Palm. I did not see an option for two-way synchronization. w/o two way synchronization I have to change settings everytime I do a hotsync, which would make it less desirable than MS Import. Could you clarify on this? Thanks.
