Just thought I'd give a heads up that JackFlash 3.0b6 is out, fixes a prob in b5 that I just started having where you couldn't put things in flash, got a RESET error.  (Don't recall the exact error off the top of my head but it rendered my JackFlash unusable until I installed b6 which fixed it)

You have to buy version 2.6 and then request the upgrade to 3.0b6. This is done via their site.

Its automatic now. You buy 2.6 and they send you a link to the beta page automatically.

After they had constant hard-reset-crashes with theyr previous version of JackPrat I really don't trust this company anymore. Is this beta now a version one can use withouth getting bad hard-resets or other trouble like killing your rom-os? I remeber thad jacksprat was in beta stage for so long time I wondered if this compay knows what they do?

I think this is a very trustworthy company and have had very good communication with Mr. Brayder who is quick to answer questions an help out.

For OS5, there is no Jack Sprat, only Jack Flash.

Until this beta thw only problem I've had is that when JackFlash needs to compact the flash it always crashes afterwards (soft-reset). The compact is successful though and after restarting all is well.

With this beta it no longer crashes during compaction but it soft-resets on exit :-) Progess I suppose! I guess that's why its beta.

Overall though all my stuff in flash works great and I haven't had a single hard-reset with it...
