Bluetooth pairing with TX

I just bought the i880 from Nextel this past weekend and I was able to BT pair it with my TX but I am unable to use the dailer or the SMS app. I keep getting the error message, "Service restricted 39". Suggestions?

Try Mobile High Speed, it can pair many phones with a Palm and has a list of many providers around the world. It served lots of people.

It already tries many things, but still I cannot connect I telephone with palm.
not even I can read sms from palm.
some forista says to me that I need script, but still not it with himself.
