Looks like Sony is cranking up the R&D machine:

I'd like a sideways Clie with a Diamond Mako keyboard.

64MB, OS6, Longer battery, etc.

I'd like to see Cell tech on my CLIE.

The CLIE Cell. 800x600, 256 MB Ram, Xscale, Tivo, broadband, 5 GB HD, and Playstation2 graphics. No hurry, just have it tomorrow. Thanks

Well since they already created a tv tuner in a ms form factor, they just need to create the recording software. I would LOVE that. Just think. Set your record time, and watch your show during lunch on a 128 or 256 mb ms stick. VERY COOL. But you'd need a second ms slot for recording. Oh, and add a port so I can view from my Sony 717 camera "live" for more detail. Hello 717/707 owners... where are you?

Call me crazy, but I'd really like the see Sony broaden it's product line by introducing a Pocket PC. No, I don't mean they should dump PalmOS. But I do believe that product diversity is a good thing. Gives more choices to the consumer. :)

Sony can have four MS stick if they wanted to. Remember their
I/O bus is not an ancient one. (as IDE). They just terminate the I/O with one slot to save the cost. AND force everybody tochange every EOL of their product.

-------------------
IDE can have four
SCSi can have 15

The MS TV tuner seen at the show was a concept model. Nobody has actually made one yet. They were just saying that it "could" be done.
