You'll probably be interested in loading some applications . . . HERE (http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9634&highlight=Favorite+AND+App%2A) is a thread here at ClieSource that discusses a lot of the freeware options available. You'll find a lot of useful information, as anniebluesky states, just reading past posts in the forums.

Also, you may find A Beginner's Guide to Palm OS PDAs (http://organizedhome.com/hitech/palm/begin.html) and The First Two Weeks (http://pda.calpoly.edu/palm/beginner.html) quite helpful if you've never owned a Palm OS PDA before.

There's a lot of good info there on apps and how to install and run them, besides launchers :D!

I haven't seen Brian Spradlin post in awhile nor has site been updated in a month. I wonder if he got shipped to the Gulf area:confused:

"Now for some not so good news... LaunchPlug.com has not been updated for quite a while lately, as many people have probably noticed, and it looks like any future updates will be few and far between. Palm has moved on to OS 5, which I don't have, and most of the VFS information that I already have here hasn't been added to with the new OS. Thus, I haven't found a need to update these pages for quite some time, and until I end up with an OS 5 device, there probably will only be "clean-up" updates to keep software tutorials up to date. For the forseeable future though, LaunchPlug.com will remain where it is and with all the content it already has. There simply won't be much updating over the coming months. BIG thanks go out to all the people that made this site as popular as it was, and I wish everyone luck with their new PDAs!"
