View Full Version : Sleeper Hits?
Ive never seen much publicity for these games except somewhat word of mouth and thankfully, PDArcade.com.
Does anyone else know of any hot Sleeper hits? (games that dont have a lot of press at all but are great visual and well playing games?)
My 2 cents are Breakout and Astro Commander (havent bought it yet but im going to)
please include if you can links (if the games are for instance - Japanese and are only on a japanese site etc)
Funny, I was going to say Astro Commander too:) I haven't bought it either. I might soon though.

Bubblet is a simple but surprisingly addictive game. Also, I am quickly becoming addicted to the new Astraware game Dynomite.

Sleeper hit has to be megabowling by megasoft. The graphics are beyond tight and my son (who's 2) loves to watch me play it. If it can keep a 2 year old entertained, it's worth it's weight in gold, which begs the question, how much does a .prc weigh....

Looking thru my list of games, I would say "Six Shooter" from ZioSoft.com. It's not hires but soooooooo addicting.

My vote is for a game that's been around a while.Game called No-Mess. Not hi-res but addictive.
Heh I have a TON of sleeper type games to tell about. Here is one from the maker of Astro Commander. Its called SEED. It costs a lot but its a cool game

Another one is " Ghettopoly " by www.ghettopoly.com.
Umm...this is a PDA game forum lol. Is this game for PDA or just a board game. Dont get me wrong. Looks like a bad *** game (I even considered buying it but its a lot of money). But if its not for PDA, I think its in the wrong place ;)
im wondering if its really real or just someones practical joke. if SO, great skills with the fabrication of that one!

My bad. just wanted to share it with you guys first. No it's actually a real game that I've developed. I figure some people might get a good laugh at it.

Hmmm, it seems that the makers of AstroCommander have not provided support for the NR70. Oh well, guess I'll have to skip out on this one.
Why dont you try a trial version before you decide to just blow it off..the post on the site was for 2 months ago.
Theres a good chance that it was just that persons Clie was buddy...im going to download the demo right now to see how it works
(maybe it just doesnt run on hi-rez..if so no biggie at all as far as im concerned)
