Memory stick question

I just got a terrific deal on a 1 gb memory stick duo pro. How do I transfer all of the programs etc from my previous 256 mb stick to the new one? :confused:

Data import - move to your PC then drag and drop to the new MS.

Thanks for the info. All my data and programs are now moved to their roomy 1gb card!
