I need to contact them in need of software support. I did try to find it from their page but I didn't find it. I would appreciate fast help on this question.

I found it. Uh it taked a lot or work lol. Here it is http://www.palm.com/us/support/contact/email_support.html I will leave this thread here some other needs it.

Btw Firefox does work properly with that site where the link leads. Use internet explorer if you need send email to palm.
