TomTom Navigator 6 released for US/Canada

Software only sells for $150. As discussed earlier, there does not seem to be an upgrade path for TT5 users.

Too bad, if they had an upgrade option for half this price, I would serious consider. But for me to spend $150 to upgrade, I think I'll hold off.

So does Tomtom 6 run on Sony Clie?

After reading about a fix for the Treo 680 http://discussion.treocentral.com/showthread.php?t=131615
I decided to open up the file mentioned in this fix with a HEX editor and did a search for "Clie". To my surprise, there is an entry "Sony Clie" mentioned in a similar location to the one mentioned in the link above.

Does this mean that version 6 will, or can be made to work on our Clies?
