Just to share some info you all you Treo Lovers. I just called sprint today due to a problem I had with my treo 650(The Best phone ever made). there was short in my handsfree headset jack. I had to play with it too much to get to listen to my music while at the gym or anywhere else for that matter. I called Sprint advised them of the situation. Here was the outcome This I think most would be very happy with I know I was. Sprint replacement warrantee Dept. stated that since it was a problem with the electrical component on the Treo 650 they would replace my treo at no cost. They would waive the one time 50.00 non refundable fee. But the best part was they are now upgrading the replacement of the Treo 650 to the Treo 700p ABSOLUTELY FREE. (This applies to the Treo 600 also) REFURBISHED OF COURSE. But FREE nun the less. You may have to pay $5 more for the sprint power vision pack due to the EDVO depending on your current plan. So for anyone out there who has any problems with your 600 or 650 and also have Sprint insurance the 6.00 monthly plan its worth a shot at getting a Free 700p or at the most you pay 50.00. Its save me several hundred bucks I was all set to buy one from eBay.
