Frozen Camera on 72

Greetings from the Colorado rockies!

I've run into a bit of a problem. Everytime I try to activate the camera the whole thing just locks and requires a soft reset. No other problems or issues, I truly love my little 72, but all of a sudden the camera went whacked. it doesn't matter whether i use the button on the bottom or the icon, the result is the same. anyone with ideas?

Backup your Palm. Best to use an SD card backup program like NVBackup, RescoBackup, BackupBuddy, BackupMan, etc. Then, change the Backup folder in:

C:\Program Files\Palm\YourHotsyncID\Backup

(replace YourHotsyncID with whatever is yours) to something else like Backup-old, or whatever else.

Do a hard reset. Check whether the camera problem persists immediately after the hard reset before you do a hotsync. If so, it's a hardware problem and you'll need to get it fixed. If it works, problem is software related and something is causing the problem.

Re-load programs and files back one by one, testing that camera works before reloading the next file.
